What is Thymalin

Thymalin is a polypeptide complex extracted from bovine thymus, developed in Russian/Soviet research as a bioregulator to restore cellular immunity. It acts by stimulating the maturation and differentiation of T lymphocytes, normalizing the T-cell to B-cell ratio, and regulating the immune response. Long-term Russian studies, including work by Khavinson and colleagues, report improvement in immunological parameters and reduced morbidity and mortality in the elderly.
